A stranger told Mahan, a merchant, he had profited from a trade and asked him to follow him. He followed the stranger into the desert but the stranger disappeared. Then, another man and woman promised to help Mahan home but they also disappeared. Mahan wandered many days in the desert until he reached a pretty garden owned by witches. In the end Prophet Khizr came to his rescue and took him home.
