  Anne Baring
Anne Baring is a writer and retired Jungian analyst, the author and co-author of five books including The One Work: A Journey Towards the Self; The Myth of the Goddess: Evolution of an Image (with Jules Cashford); and The Mystic Vision and The Divine Feminine (with Andrew Harvey). She has created a website, www.annebaring.com , to explore the deeper issues facing us at this crucial time of choice. She lives near Winchester, England.
Thetis Blacker
The late Thetis Blacker was a painter, writer and dreamer. She travelled in Latin America and, as a Churchill Fellow, in South East Asia, where she studied the textiles of the region, working at the Batik Research Institute in Jogjakarta.

Her dyed paintings have been commissioned for and exhibited in cathedrals and churches in the UK, Europe and the USA. Five major series have been based on mythical themes: Apocalypse (St. Andrew's House); A Bestiary of Mythical Creatures; The Creation (Winchester Cathedral); Search for the Simurgh and Arbor Cosmica. More recent works include the bapistry banner in Aberdeen Cathedral of St. Machar, and a set of red Pentecost vestments for Westminster Abbey. Her dyed paintings and drawings are in over three hundred private collections.

The late Thetis Blacker was the author of A Pilgrimage of Dreams. Several television documentaries have been shown on her work.
