  Agnya Lvovna Barto
Barto Agnya Lvovna (1906-1978) is a famous poet who devoted her talent to children. Barto's short poems about are a first read for every Russian child. The distinguishing features of her children's verse are a deep concern for a child's inner world and their social involvement. Barto's poems are marked by strong rhythm, they are playful and full of humor. She wrote about family life, friendship, school life and tried to explain to children about the world they live in. The poetry of A. Barto is considered to be a Russian classic and is often found in the school curriculum.
 
Yurij Aleksandrovich Molokanov
Molokanov Yurij Aleksandrovich (1926-1978) is an illustrator. He worked for various publishers and children's magazines. He has illustrated dozens of children's books and has also contributed to the education of young artists.
