   Linda Yamane
Linda Yamane traces her Ohlone ancestry to the Rumsien speakers of the lower Carmel Valley. She has devoted many years to researching the history, language, basketry, stories and songs of the Montery area Ohlone people.
She lives in Seaside, California, and works as an author illustrator, graphic designer and cultural demonstrator.
